COMAT has developed “mobile workshops” with smart devices connected on-line to the informative system of company to detect and track in real time the interventions to do, the history of the machine interested by intervention and any previous call from the customer.

The service has the scope to provide to customer the technical support and – when possible – guide the user to immediate solve the problems. Answering time is normally lower then 24 working hours from the call.
